Since year 2000 UmbriAction, the DMC and Incoming Department of Ciak Viaggi Tour Operator has provided its clients with a tailor-made service, offering them the opportunity to discover fascinating places at their own pace and in their own time.
The company was founded by people who have worked across every aspect of the tourist industry – as consultants, guides, travel agents and hoteliers.
We all share the same passion: Travel and tourism and our aim is to provide you with a personalised service with a great value for money.
Our programs will take you to discover our marvelous land and to experience its true nature, history, art and taste.
Beside classic tours for individual travellers and groups, in the last 10 years we have focused on active tourism and in new tours matching gourmet experiences, culture, art and outdoor sporting activities like trekking, ciclying, caving and many more.
We have plenty of proposals for all tastes and many thrilling experiences that will certainly attracts you. And if you have more specific request, we will be glad to assist you and to create with you a the perfect holiday you are looking for.

Do you offer additional nights in accommodation for your holidays?
All our programs are extremely flexible. This allows you to ask for extra nights and extra services in any place and at any point of the tour. These amendments are subject to availability and supplement
When do we receive our final instructions and vouchers?
Generally, we send you vouchers and all information by email about 2 weeks before departure. Sometimes even earlier but it also depends on the date of your reservation. In some cases you will also find the roadbook or other instructions in your first accommodation in Italy
How can i reserve my trip?
You can ask information or book writing an email to our reservation office at info@umbriaction.com you will receive a reply within 2 working days with all information required and all details about reservation, payment, cancellation and more
What happens if I have a serious problem during my trip in Italy?
In the event of a serious emergency, then you should call local emergency services just as you would at home and your Insurance assistance. These numbers will be provided to you with the information pack
