This villa is cozy yet contemporary, complete with modern amenities and brand new furniture throughout. It is ideal for families and small groups looking to retreat from the rat race and spend their holiday in style or even as a romantic getaway. Great views can be seen from every window, and each bedroom has been decorated with unique touches such as custom bed headboards and plush cushions to create an inviting, comfortable space. Conveniently close to the quaint, lakeside village of Torricella, you can easily walk down to the local coffee shop for breakfast by the lake.

Beautifully created with an open floor plan, Villa Polvese has tasteful furnishings and elegant terracotta floors throughout. As you step into the main entrance, you are greeted with a panoramic sitting area with a large smart TV and dining table.
The gourmet kitchen boasts generous counter space, a built-in breakfast bar and professional appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator.
The kitchen and dining area opens onto a panoramic outdoor patio, ideal for hosting barbecues and get-togethers on warm, summer days.
The villa has three beautiful bedrooms downstairs, each with a private en suite bathroom and a large smart TV. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and a floor-to-ceiling window from which to enjoy outstanding sweeping views of the lake—right from your bed! If needed, a single sofa bed can be used for extra sleeping accommodation.
