Day 1: TRASIMENO LAKE AREA

Arrival in Lake Trasimeno area; hotel accommodation.
Welcome drink in a local wine estate included in the Trsimeno Wine Road where you will discover the local wine production and taste wines and delicacies.
Accommodation in one of the hotels/properties included in the Viviiltrasimeno program.

Day 2: Excursions around TRASIMENO LAKE AREA

Breakfast and departure for the first bike ride.
The route will skirt the north/ north-western shore of the lake as far as the tuscan border and then head to Castiglion Fiorentino, then climbs up to Cortona and continues on the plateau behind the hills of the lake to Mantignana and Corciano to be back to the departing place in 130 km.
Dinner in a local restaurant with typical cuisine.

Day 3: Excursions around TRASIMENO LAKE AREA 

Breakfast and departure for the second bike ride.
Today you will ride on the smooth hills beyond Castiglione del Lago through Val d’Orcia including also a stop in Pienza  to return back to the shores of Lake Trasimeno.
In  the afternoon you will have a nice boat ride with local fishermen from San Feliciano.

Day 4: Excursions around TRASIMENO LAKE AREA and departure

Breakfast and departure for the third ride. The route will take you from Lake Trasimeno  shores near Castiglione del Lago as far as Pozzuolo and Macchie.
Farewell lunch with local cuisine to say goodbye to the lake in the best way.

According to your itinerary and the hotel level you will reserve, we will try to accommodate you in one of our cycling friendly hotels where you will enjoy:

_ Secured garage for bycicles (or possibility to bring your bike to your room).

_ Workshop space with tools and set of keys, pump, assembly stand, lubricant and replacement tubes (with supplement).

_ Laundry service for sporting clothing (or nearby laundry).

_ Bicycle washing area.

_ Late check out for the shower including luggage storage.

_ Balanced breakfast suitable for an important physical effort.

N.B. These itineraries are very flexible and we can change every ride’s level, length and destination according to your special request.

Accomodation: 3 overnights in classic category hotel in double room (it is possible to upgrade to higher level structures with supplement).

Food: 3 breakfasts, 1 dinner, 1 lunch, 1 tasting of wines and typical products in the cellar, fishing tour.
